Shipping

Items are shipped insured and packed in protected envelopes or in sleeves, depending on the size of the print. The orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days, but larger prints can take up to 4 before they get shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Within Europe, shipping usually doesn’t take longer than 3 business days, most often even less. Outside of Europe can take up to two weeks, depending on your country. In case you need an express shipment, please contact me and I will do whatever possible to fit your requirements.

Netherlands:

• up to A4 (21x29,7 cm) : € 4,50

• larger than A4 : € 8,50

Rest of Europe:

• up to A4 (21x29,7 cm) : € 7,50

• larger than A4 : € 19,50

Outside of Europe world wide:

• up to A4 (21x29,7 cm) : € 11,50

• larger than A4 : € 32,50

Return policy

I want you to love your purchase of artwork by me, so I offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your art purchase, please return it within 14 days for a refund of the merchandise price for the art. Return shipping is at customer’s expense. Artwork must be insured by the customer for return and in its original packaging. Customer will also be required to provide a tracking number. I will refund the price you paid for the art within 3 business days of receiving your returned package. Please alert us that you are returning art at jochenschlaghecke@gmail.com and send your return packages to: JS-ART, Lijsterbespad 7, 5995 BV Kessel, The Netherlands.

If you would like to exchange your print for a larger version, please email me so we can discuss possibilities.

The return policy is different for original art that has been commissioned by you as a unique piece.
